Dancing Willows Metro District is a Colorado Special District formed in 2005 to provide specific services to the Dancing Willows community as defined in the District's Service Plan. The overall responsibility for running the District resides with a five-member Board of Directors.The mission of the Dancing Willows Board of Directors is to provide excellent stewardship of financial resources as well as cost effective management of district owned facilities and to provide direction and approval to the District’s consultant services as they may apply to the District.

Metro District Board Vacancy

The Dancing Willows Metropolitan District currently has an open position on the Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is a great opportunity to contribute to the community and help guide the District’s operations and future priorities.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT

Vehicles are prohibited from being parked on the streets within the Retreat between the hours of 12am and 6am daily. The District's parking enforcement contractor patrols the streets and may tow vehicles that are in violation of the overnight parking restriction.

Recreation Facilities

Located at 11893 W. Long Circle, the community clubhouse may be used for community events and rented for private social functions, by residents of the Dancing Willows community. The lake and park in the middle of the Dancing Willows community is managed by the Foothills Park & Recreation District.
