Neighborhood Services

Each of the three HOAs (Townhome, Patio Homes, Condos) are responsible for enforcing the respective covenants and design guidelines applicable to the townhomes, patio homes and condos.
 

The District is responsible for plowing the snow off of all streets, sidewalks and alleyways within the Dancing Willows community.

 

The respective HOAs provide weekly trash pick-up services through their respective trash contractors.
 

The District establishes and enforces parking rules for all streets within the Dancing Willows community. 
 

The District owns and maintains the landscaping at the Bowles Avenue entrance, the main roundabout and around the community clubhouse/pool. Landscaping around the townhomes, patio homes and condos is maintained by the respective HOAs.

The District is responsible for maintaining the street lights throughout the Dancing Willows neighborhood. Any maintenance issues or concerns regarding the street lights should be directed the District's Manager.
 

Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday each week by the US Post Office. Mail for the Dancing Willows neighborhood is processed through the US Post Office branch located at 6698 S Iris Street | Littleton, CO 80123.

The HOAs are responsible for maintaining and repairing the community mail boxes serving the townhomes, patio homes and condos. However, USPS is responsible for managing the keys for each community mailbox.
 

Neither Jefferson County nor the District provides mosquito spraying services to the community. Each resident must decide how to address mosquito issues on or around their property.
